1. Agreement to these terms
Listless Planner ("we," "us," or "the Service") provides tools for planning and coordinating parties and group activities — including guest lists, gift exchanges like Secret Santa and White Elephant, and activities like Boo. By creating an account, creating an event or activity, or joining one using a link someone shared with you, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use Listless Planner
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or an event on Listless Planner. The Service is intended for use by adults planning parties and activities — including parties for children — not for use directly by children themselves. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has created an account without your knowledge, please contact us and we will remove it.
3. Accounts and access links
Most events and activities on Listless Planner don't require an account — they're managed using a private admin link, and guests join and participate using their own personal link. You are responsible for keeping these links reasonably private and for anything that happens through them, whether or not you also create a full account with a password.
4. Content you provide
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter — guest names, addresses, gift ideas, party details, and similar content. Don't use the Service to collect or share information about someone in a way that violates their privacy or the law, and don't use it to harass, surprise in a harmful way, or deceive anyone.
5. How we use your data to improve the Service
We may analyze aggregated and de-identified information across events and activities — for example, common gift categories, popular party themes, or typical guest-list sizes — to improve recommendations, default content, and features for all users of the Service. This analysis is not performed or shared in a way that identifies you or your guests personally. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected and used.
6. Affiliate links
As an Amazon Associate, Listless Planner earns from qualifying purchases. Some product links on the Service may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that draws, reminders, or emails will always be delivered or processed without error, and we aren't responsible for what happens at your party or activity, disputes between hosts and guests, or gifts that are lost, late, or not what someone hoped for.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listless Planner won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
We may suspend or remove an account, event, or activity that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful, abusive, or illegal. You can delete your own events, activities, or account at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
